Very worthwhile. I would recommend it to others because he was such a personable presenter. He put the audience at ease and included us in the presentation. I liked that ability to participate. What the other speakers did was provide information that just was feedback kind of thing that you take home with you, but this was more something that I can use in my day to day life, whether its with work or with family or friends.
